Canvas Models
Visual tools to support creative and collaborative teamwork and communication processes
The Canvas models are visual maps, preformatted, which support the creative and collaborative processes in various application areas, providing better communication and greater understanding and commitment to the results of the process.
One of the first models that have become well-known was the business model canvas, originally proposed by Alexander Osterwalder and Yves Pigneur (2010), and disseminated by Steve Blank as a tool for accelerating startups.
Here you will find canvas models (or links) for a range of applications such as: strategic planning, strategic alignment of projects, development of new business, conception and planning of projects, value proposition, among others.
